1. Payment Terms

All services provided by FAI Innovations are billed on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to recurring charges for the plan you select (monthly or yearly). Payments are due at the start of each billing cycle and will be automatically charged using the payment method you provide.

2. Billing Cycles

Monthly Subscriptions: Billed once per month on the same calendar date as your initial purchase.

Yearly Subscriptions: Billed once per year on the date of your initial purchase.

You may cancel your subscription at any time, and no further charges will occur after your current billing period ends. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid term.

3. Refund Policy

Since this is a subscription service, once a payment has been processed, it is non-refundable for the time period purchased. For example, if you purchase a yearly membership, the subscription will remain active for the full year and cannot be refunded once payment has been made.

In special circumstances, we may consider prorated refunds for unused time. For instance, if you purchase a yearly membership but only use six months of service, we may refund the remaining six months. Refunds are granted solely at our discretion and are reviewed case by case.

4. Payment Methods

We accept all major payment methods supported by Stripe, including credit cards, debit cards, and other options available in your region. For your security, all transactions are processed securely through Stripe. FAI Innovations does not directly handle, process, or store your financial information.

5. Late Payments

If your payment method is declined, we will attempt to reprocess the payment. If the issue is not resolved, your account access may be temporarily suspended until payment is successfully completed. Continued failure to resolve payment issues may result in cancellation of your subscription.
